What is so great about streetfood? It is widely available anywhere and anytime of the day. Recently, I visited the streets of Hong Kong and found this very unusual cup full of intestines in spicy brine, it got my interest because there is a long queue just to buy some. Just as I expected it tasted a bit familiar because we Filipinos are also fond of eating intestines and stuffs that are supposed to be thrown.
Streetfood has become an important part of Hong Kong’s culinary culture, or should I say to the Asian Culture?
